Facebook Pages “spam” section

How often do you check your Facebook pages “spam” section? Did you even know there was a “spam” section?

Before Facebook changed over to the timeline system it was very simple to view these, however now it’s a bit like a hidden secret! To find your spam section go to:

Edit Page >> Use Activity Log >> in the top right hand corner there is a drop down that says “All” – click this and select “Spam”

From here you can see any and all posts which Facebook has considered as spam (9 times out of 10 they aren’t either!) To approve them, there is a little drop down to the right of the post, where you can choose to show on page, or delete the post.

Make sure you check your spam section regularly on Facebook – you could be missing out on potential customers asking you questions!
